Mr David Nelson
Mr Nelson was called to the Bar in 1970. Mr Nelson is a genuine all-rounder – practising in criminal law, including Motor Vehicle Repairs Act 1980 (NSW) and Dangerous Goods (Gas Installations) Regulation 1998 matters, equity, local government and environmental law, medical negligence, professional negligence, property and Wills and probate matters and in alternative dispute resolution, with an emphasis on complex and extended cases. Mr Nelson has been a country Solicitor and was a founding partner in what is now a very large regional city practice. Mr Nelson is Marbury Chambers’ Head of Chambers.
