Ms McIntosh was called to the Bar in 2005.
Ms McIntosh appears in the Local, District and Supreme courts, the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia and the Family Court of Australia in family law matters, including divorce, spousal maintenance, property settlement, parenting matters, relocation and contravention proceedings, de facto property proceedings, commercial law matters, trade practices matters, contractual disputes, insurance matters, real property matters, including in respect of caveats, Wills, probate and administration proceedings, discrimination proceedings and criminal hearings, including for charges of common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, robbery, robbery in company and affray and traffic matters, including drink driving, and bail applications and sentencing hearings.
