Ms Marla Dudhee
In the early 1990s, Ms Dudhee worked as an employed Solicitor and rose to the position of Associate with Peiris Solicitors in London. By the mid-1990s, Ms Dudhee worked as a Solicitor in Sydney, practising in commercial, criminal and administrative law. Ms Dudhee was called to the Bar in 1998 and practises principally in family law, children’s matters, migration law and in mental health matters in all jurisdictions in New South Wales including the Local and District Courts, the Guardianship and Mental Health Review Tribunals and, in appellate matters, in the Supreme Court and in the Federal Court of Australia.
